A modern take on Mexican flair, using 100% authentic Mexican ingredients and influences.
CiNe restaurant, a modern day taqueria featuring contemporary Mexican dining, is located in Hinsdale’s Historic Downtown on 29 E. First Street. CiNe is open for dinner six days a week.
The bar menu is comprised of various tapas including tacos, ceviche, tortas and more. The cocktail list features signature margaritas, Mezcal cocktails, and never before seen Micheladas, all made from fresh ingredients. The main dining room will feature a larger menu geared toward a family friendly atmosphere.
Originally built in 1925, the space once housed the iconic Hinsdale Theater. Owners Dana and Peter Burdi kept many of the original Renaissance Revival features including exposed brick and detailed custom molding designed by local architect, William Gibson Barfield. Seating in the restaurant will fit nearly 160 guests including 25 seats in the expansive bar area. The private dining room will accommodate up to 50 individuals.
